 klima:aktiv wärmepumpe is presenting the results of long-term research into a heat pump heating system (ground-source heat pump with CO2 ground probe from Heliotherm) in Arnreit: The heat pump was tested over a period of one year (September 2006 to September 2007), during which energy flows were measured and the efficiency of the heating system was calculated. The reference project shows great savings in CO2 with 64% lower emissions compared to gas boilers and as much as 73% lower emissions compared to oil boilers.
