Ihli Haustechnik GmbH Guaranteed success and staying power are the hallmarks of the 50-year history of HVACR business Ihli Haustechnik GmbH. Following its foundation in 1957, the company focused on the field of electrical installation. Just two years later, Ihli relocated to the centre of Pfeffelbach. The first heating systems and bathrooms were installed by four employees. By 1989 Ihli already had 15 staff on its books and had become a specialist in heating installation with customer service. The current managing director, Karlheinz Ihli, took over the helm of Ihli Haustechnik GmbH from his father in 1995. 1997 saw the extension of the storage space and a bathroom exhibition with the theme of “one-stop bathrooms”. Since then, Ihli has been focusing on the business segments of bathrooms and wellness, energy saving and heating systems and customer service. The successful HVACR enterprise now employs 30 staff.
This year has seen another new chapter being added to the success story of Ihli Haustechnik: Now an expert partner of Heliotherm-Wärmepumpen, the firm has sold and installed over 50 heat pumps in the very first year of the partnership! Ewald W. Schneider: Mr. Ihli, what made you want to become a Heliotherm expert partner?
Karlheinz Ihli: For me, the main reason was Heliotherm’s unique selling point with its special technologies, such as CO² probe technology, ground-source direct systems and modulation technology. We’ve become successful, specialist heat pump professionals in a very short space of time.
